At Kiva's Collections and Kiva's Botanical Tea Bar, we want our customers to be happy with their purchases. Because our products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or consumable in nature, the following policies apply.
Kiva's Collections
Print-on-Demand Wearables & Home Goods
Our print-on-demand products include apparel, accessories, home décor, and other custom-made items.
Return Eligibility
- Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Returned items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Jewelry
Satisfaction Returns
If you are not satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
To qualify:
- The item must be returned in its original condition.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Jewelry Repair & Remake Policy
If a jewelry item breaks due to workmanship or material defects within 30 days of delivery, please contact us with photos of the damage.
After the item is returned to us:
- We will repair or remake the item one (1) time at no additional charge.
- The repaired or remade item will be shipped back to you after completion.
- This policy covers normal wear and manufacturing defects and does not cover intentional damage, misuse, or loss.
Kiva's Botanical Tea Bar
Because tea products are consumable goods, we do not accept returns on tea purchases.
Refunds & Replacements
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your tea.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Before issuing a refund, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue, which may include:
- Troubleshooting brewing methods and preparation techniques.
- Replacing a damaged or incorrect tea product.
- Providing recommendations to help you achieve the best experience with your tea.
We reserve the right to request photographs or additional information regarding damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your tea arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the issue. We will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
